The Mask is returning in a new series titled The Mask: I Pledge Allegiance. The bestselling comic trilogy that inspired the blockbuster film The Mask is collected in this omnibus edition of gruesome hilarity The bestselling comic. Walter was a mute, near-indestructible and ultra-violent gangster who becomes interested in The Mask due to the power it possessed. The Mask has always been a fan favorite, and now the character is back in an all-new comic series from Dark Horse Comics. The Mask is a Dark Horse comic book series created by writer Mike Richardson, the artist Mark Badger, John Arcudi and Doug Mahnke. I channeled all my anger, fear, and cynicism into a story, and tried to create something as pitch black, profane, ugly, and nihilistic as my own hopes for America right now in 2019.
